Fabulous hotel in a great location

This is a fabulous hotel. Rooms are very modern and spotless. The central location is also great – several MTR stations are within a few minutes walking distance and it’s also a short walk to Singapore’s main attractions like Marina Bay Sands or the restaurants at Boat Quay. Breakfast was very good and all staff were very friendly and efficient. Bart and Pang from the concierge desk were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Hotel

We recently had a 4 night stay for a girls trip away. I could not fault this hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed and extra large pillows were super comfy. The service from all staff from the concierge and front of house to the crew in the collection club to the pool guys was as I referred to above , faultless. The infinity pool, cabanas and surrounds provide a wonderfully relaxing vibe with great views over the city. The hotel is conveniently located close to both Clarke Quay and Chinatown MRT. Overall this is a beautiful hotel in a great location but the staff are what makes this place great. I would not hesitate to stay here when visiting Singapore again.

Really great location if a little quirky

We were a family of 5 so needed 3 separate rooms but it still worked out cheaper than almost all other central hotels in Singapore. Style/Decor – our teenage kinds loved the rather sultry decor with red corridors and suggestive messaging. Also had a great, popular rooftop bar. Location – positioned in a lovely redeveloped arcade of shops, perfect for exploring Chinatown and adjoining central areas. We were able to access hundreds of bars and restaurants within a few minutes. Only downside was some night time noise from nearby bars. Service – very friendly and efficient reception service. Rooms – quite small and a bit tired. Big difference in size of bathrooms so suggest a request for larger one. No natural light in any of the rooms they had although indirect light via hidden.

Hotel’s Favourite

Culturally Rich and Simply Fantastic

The hotel is situated within the renovated shophouses of Singapore early days that’s been preserved as part of the heritage and well integrated into the current Far East Square as it is known today. Located a few minutes walk away from Telok Ayer MRT and nearby Amoy St as well as Chinatown where many great F&B outlets resides, it isn’t much of an issue travelling around or finding the venue for your next meal. The oriental decors within is stands out pleasantly from the moment you arrive at the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink that was served to us in what resembled to those wine bottles and bowls used in ancient China. Rooms were very spacious and had the same oriental feel as well as elements of nolstalgia, ranging from the old school telephone…

Good location

Very good location both in terms of walking and public transportation. The room I got was not very big and with no windows and placed on 2 floor meaning that music from the bar downstairs could be heard (not loud) – so of you very sensitive properly should opt for a room at the 3rd floor. For a short stay like mine, it was ok but for a longer period og time I would find something where you are able to stay without getting depressed.

At night, party lovers will be thrilled by the line-up of pubs and restaurants that lights up the river banks with their vivid colours. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, take a short stroll further up to One Fullerton where you can enjoy the breath-taking views of Singapore’s night sky while being accompanied by several iconic landmarks such as the Esplanade, Marina Bay Sands, and the Singapore Flyer.

Staycation @ ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay

The ParkRoyal Marina Bay (PRMB) was opened end of last year following a renovation and we dropped by for a 1 nite staycation in May. The hotel was still in their soft opening phase as there are still some areas undergoing renovations such as part of the swimming pool area and the suites. Checking in was a breeze and a great delight as there is no queue, possibly due to reduced staycation guests as a result of the Phase 2 Heightened Alert. We will also like to commend the PRMB team which has always been prompt in replying our emails prior to the stay and such customer service is what makes the hotel stand out. The room we purchased was the Signature Marina Bay room, which was supposedly their highest tier room this moment as the suites are still undergoing renovation.

Great location, no frills stay in the middle of ChinaTown

Thank you Spencer and Team for making our style a pleasant one. We truly appreciate your hospitality and for making us feel welcomed. Spencer was really friendly and the conversations we had with him was lax, casual and as if talking to a good friend. He made the experience a whole lot more enjoyable by recommending what to eat around there and of course with his jokes along the way to brighten the conversation. The room was cleaned and well maintained, with a unique touch of a monochromatic theme to really stand out from your usual hotel room. although the TV does not have a HDMI input for our movie night, we ended watching channels such as HBO, Fox Movies and Chinese classics. Price was also very reasonable given the location; we were surrounded by a food haven and a few…
