In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
Fat Burn Race
Fat burn race is a cardio intensive class which moves through different terrains such as flat, hills, sprints and mountains. Get your heart rate elevated and maintain it in the fat burning zone!
When you are pedaling against resistance in indoor cycling you increase the endurance of the muscles in the legs to include the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and the calf muscles. Working these muscles also helps to strengthen surrounding bones, tendons and ligaments increasing overall strength so that activities of daily living can be performed with ease.

SUPER SPRINT INTERVALS
Time to go full gas! Short sprint intervals up to near all-out efforts, normally anywhere between 15-30 seconds with high repetitions and limited recovery time makes this the most adrenaline rushing class we offer. Perfect to wake those legs up!
Focus: Anaerobic capacity, explosiveness, acceleration.
HOUR OF POWER
Get your heads down, let the music take you over and hang in there! Hour of Power sessions are intervals ranging from 4-6 minutes long at a sustained pace above your threshold. These intervals can be over a fixed gradient or an FTP based block.
Focus: Oxygen consumption (Vo2 Max), cardiac output, lactate threshold.
Welcome weekend warriors! Riding up to 2 hours long, Mountain Madness is our longest session available, challenging you to ride real life courses which includes long climbs, descends and rolling hills.
