Along with her training at Vyasa Yoga School and the Isha foundation, she is also a qualified Ayurveda therapist, gaining her expertise at the Institute of Trans-disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology in India. Through the breadth and depth of her training, she understands the crucial link between physical health and mental health.
