Esmond Wong established Laksa King in the year 1998. The restaurant began in a small arcade off Racecourse Rd, Flemington. With the growing popularity of the restaurant, Esmond had to look for bigger premises and so Laksa King was moved to its current location in 2010. Pellegrini’s is all about character, honest Italian fare and coffee. In fact, it is said (by Pellegrini’s themselves) that the first espresso machine to arrive in Melbourne was delivered here in 1954 – opening the gates to a city-wide obsession. Little Ramen Bar has a unique and authentic broth and noodle combination. The Sous chef will then ensure the noodles and broth are perfectly matched and mixed through.
