- Hand forming techniques will be demonstrated, including rolling out clay to create small plates, pinch pots, trays & spoons. A variety of stoneware clays are used while incorporating texture. All Items will be fired twice and are food safe.
- At the end of class students may select 2 items each for their home. Work will be glazed in a colour of choice and fired (this process takes 2-3 weeks) Students will be emailed when their work is ready for collection
- MARBLING ON THE WHEEL
- This workshop is suited to anyone interested in learning how to combine different stoneware clay bodies to use on the wheel.
- The workshop is designed for students to work at their own pace on their own creations. To do this, you must have experience on the wheel, know how to centre clay & have completed at least a beginner level course to enjoy the full opportunity of this class.
