Introduction:

They are Melbourne’s first 24 hours Japanese ramen restaurant. They want every customer to feel like a main character in their own story.

Shujinko’s ramen is also known as Tokyo-styled Tonkotsu, pork-based broth. Their special recipe create a unique taste in their ramen broth that has no comparison.

More than 12 hours of dedication and hard work is put in to their broth to bring out the deep flavour. They use only the freshest ingredients and toppings for their ramen that are delivered to their restaurants daily. They also offer fresh hand-made Gyoza (Japanese-style dumpling) and noodles at their store which is why they are different to other ramen restaurants.

Their motto is “Put your heart into the noodles and your love into the soup”.

One of the best things about our shop is, they never close. So, you can enjoy a bowl of ramen in the early morning or a late-night feast with their Izakaya menu, Japanese Sake, beer and beverages.

#7 – Little Ramen Bar

Introduction:

Little Ramen Bar has a unique and authentic broth and noodle combination. The Sous chef will then ensure the noodles and broth are perfectly matched and mixed through. The Sous chef will top your bowl of noodles with toppings specific to the Ramen you have ordered. A chashu tamago for example, will be topped with: wakame (seaweed), menma (bamboo shoots), spring onion, nori (a different type of seaweed) and a gooey egg. They try to be as generous with their toppings as possible without wasting food.

There are many different parts that add up together to create their Ramen but they take pride in making their Ramen fresh for you everyday and avoid taking shortcuts. They love Ramen and will continually strive to improve each component of their recipe in search for the perfect Ramen.
