1. District 10 Bar & Grill

Introduction:

  •  All three outlets differ in concepts, with the flagship store offering an extensive gourmet menu as well as bar bites. The Clarke Quay outlet provides a more limited selection of bar bites for party revelers in the area whereas the Suntec City will focus in introducing Dry Aged Meat to our customers and tantalizing their palate with the finest we can bring out.
  • Founder/Chef Luca Pezzera first started Bontá Italian Restaurant & Bar at UE Square in March 2007.
  • In moving forward with the thought of strategic intention to promote sell his authentic rustic European/Mediterranean fusion cuisine concept bar & restaurant in Singapore, Chef Luca spearheaded birth of first flagship outlet of District 10 Bar & Restaurant at Windstedt Road in 2009. And finally relocate this Windstedt Road outlet to UE Square in 2011 to better manage all his F&B businesses in one same central location.
  • And as the saying goes, the rest is history, thence thriving in its successful footstep after District 10 at UE Square, Chef Luca went on to open District 10 Fish.Chips.Burger.Bar at Clarke Quay in 2013 and District 10 Bar & Grill Restaurant at Suntec City in 2015.

What “Woo samgyup” is…
It was BORNGA’s beginning and dream to make Korean dishes that are delectable to not only Koreans’ taste but also foreigners’ taste. To prevent misunderstanding of some foreigners who find black marinated bulgogi unfresh, we created a new menu by thinly cutting yangji and chadolbagi in appropriate ratio and sprinkling BORNGA ‘s specially made sauce on top.

This menu called Beef Loin because the part where lean meat and fat are mixed tastes like pork belly. This menu is loved by not only Koreans but also by local residents of the United States, China, and South East Asia.

Introduction:

Muthu’s Curry, a revered name in Singapore’s food scene, has grown from its humble beginnings in 1969. Thanks to the acumen and resilience of their founder, Late Mr Ayyakkannu and the patronage of generations of Singaporeans. At their infancy, Muthu’s Curry served a limited array of traditional Indian dishes, including the one that was Mr Ayyakkannu’s own innovation: The Fish Head Curry in South Indian Style.

Almost five decades later, dining at Muthu’s Curry is not merely eating. It is more of a gastronomic journey, a culinary experience that stimulates all senses.
