6. Aburi Kaisen Don Keisuke


Chef Keisuke Takeda has yet created another brand new concept bringing fresh and authentic Japanese Kaisen Don enjoyable at affordable pricing for all.

Kaisen Don is seafood (“kaisen 海鮮”) rice bowl (“donburi 丼”) which consists of various fresh seafood over a bowl of rice. Their Aburi Kaisen Don has topped with a mountain of both fresh and raw seafood as well as aburi (partially flamed) seafood ingredients. At Aburi Kaisen Don Keisuke, they use the Warayaki style of cooking whereby they burn Japanese Rice Straw to create a big flame to Aburi the ingredients and add a nice smoky aroma.
