With stores in Kyoto, Tokyo, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Hong Kong, Surry Hills marks the 6th location for the brand. GOGYO Surry Hills is a casual-chic Japanese ramen bar and dining space that offers guests the opportunity to “start with drinks, taste a few ‘tsumami,’ and end with ramen.”

#2 – Mashi No Mashi

Introduction:

For Chef Hisato, Sydney is where he started to gain a real appreciation for making food. This captivating city gave Chef Hisato many great food memories.

His favourite times came from weekend visits to the famous miso ramen joint at Kings Cross where he always looked forward to slurping a big bowl of ramen!

After 30 years, Chef Hisato is delighted to return to the Land Down Under to open his first international Mashi No Mashi shop outside of Hong Kong. This will also be the first Wagyumafia restaurant in the Southern Hemisphere!

For the first time, Mashi No Mashi’s 100% Wagyu beef bone stock is released in Australia and Chef Hisato is extremely excited to create brand new ramen creations using local ingredients. Sydney is also home to Mashi No Mashi’s first ever izakaya menu, developed exclusively for our Aussie family.

Introduction:

Opening in Chatswood, Senpai Ramen is the latest concept from chef Chase Kojima. Offering next level ramen and snacks in a 20 seat omakase-style diner, we’re now taking bookings from March 16.

#4 – Gaku Robata Grill

Gaku Robata Grill will change to OMAKASE from September 2022.
