#10 – Strato at Troika Sky Dining

Introduction: Strato has a new look. Next to a spiral staircase, its layout takes a rather distinctive path overlooking the city skyline. This is Italian cuisine heading in a surprising direction. The small yet cheerful menu has simple Italian classics alongside petite yet satisfying Old World wine selections. The Buffalo Mozzarella Caprese is a safe choice to begin with, while the fritto misto seafood array creates a sensory feast laid abundant on a wooden tray. The well-presented Wagyu Beef Cheek Tortellini has a great texture and provides an intense burst of flavours at the same time. For desserts, the Hazelnut tiramisu is a truly sinful delight, and the Earl Grey panna cotta with banana cream and chocolate crumble is also worth a try. There is nothing bland or tasteless in Strato and while at times the presentation could be better, there is no doubting the quality of its ingredients.

  • Barramundi Al Cartoccio, Clams, Mussels, Prawns, Zucchini, Carrots, Almond Ancho Chilli Oil
  • Modrn Margherita, Buffalo Mozzarella, Cherry Tomato On The Vine
