Founder Janet Lee was a section commander and platoon sergeant in Military Police Command (2007-2010). Her passion for fitness began with a fascination in Taekwondo – she even has a black belt. Janet has since expanded her martial arts repertoire, delving into San Shou – Chinese Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Western Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Today she is a competitive strength athlete. And, she consistently invests in her education and skillsets to help her clients’ reach their goals, both in fitness and in athletic performance.
