Introduction: In 2006, Joe’s Kitchen opened its doors in a little shop space in the Central-South of Singapore. Joe comes from Nakhon Phanom, the Northern Eastern region of Thailand. Moving to Singapore in 1999, he worked as a chef at Parkway Thai Restaurant for 6 years, before deciding to realise his and his wife’s dream of having a restaurant of their own. He wanted to provide authentic and delicious Thai food for his customers.

Offerings: The stuffed chicken wing is highly praised from the diners at Joe’s Kitchen. The filling is stuffed with minced chicken meat mixed together with bits of chestnuts and sweet corn kernels, and the skin of the wings are fry to golden and crispy.
